MicNest is operated by Micnest LLC, 2501 Chatham Rd, Suite N, Springfield, IL 62704, United States ("MicNest", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MicNest website (https://micnest.ai), the MicNest creator platform, and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Service.
MicNest turns your podcast into a complete creator platform. Every episode you upload becomes a website, SEO‑optimised blog, newsletter, guest profile page, searchable archive, and audience growth engine — all hosted on your own domain. Features include AI‑powered podcast search, automated content generation, subscriber management, and analytics.
We offer a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan (currently $79/month, billed as a 3‑month free trial followed by the standard rate). Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your Content.Any podcast episodes, transcripts, artwork, show notes, guest information, and other material you upload or provide ("User Content") remains yours. By submitting User Content, you grant MicNest a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and optimisation purposes only), and display such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content, and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you shall not:
The Starter plan is free. The Pro plan costs $79/month after a 3‑month free trial. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing interval you select until you cancel. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges, or at any time thereafter to stop future renewals. All fees are in USD. We use authorized third‑party payment providers to process purchases; your full payment card details are not stored on our servers. Subscription and one‑time fees are subject to our Refund Policy.
When you purchase through a Paddle checkout:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Purchases completed through Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Such changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will take effect at the start of your next subscription period.
The Service itself, including its code, design, algorithms, branding, and all original content (excluding User Content), is owned by MicNest or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@micnest.ai with the relevant details.
The Service may integrate with third‑party platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, payment providers). MicNest is not responsible for the availability or content of such external services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicNest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any AI‑generated content (blogs, summaries, etc.) will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicNest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; or (iii) any content obtained from the Service. In no event shall MicNest’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to MicNest in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if no payment has been made.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MicNest from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your User Content; or (iv) your violation of any third‑party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
